Alex Gurley practices in the areas of condominium and homeowner association law, commercial litigation, and landlord-tenant litigation. Alex’s experience includes drafting commercial and residential lease agreements, condominium association documents, partnership agreements, and LLC operating agreements.
Alex was born in Sarasota, Florida and obtained his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. While earning his Bachelor of Science in Finance, Alex was an active participant in The Real Estate Society at FSU. Alex earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and was admitted into the Florida Bar in January of 2017.
